CBI provides residential, outpatient, inpatient, patient-centered medical homes, medication-assisted treatment, and crisis services to individuals experiencing crisis, opioid use disorder, homelessness, and mental illness.CBI is the premiere non-profit fully integrated healthcare provider of substance use and behavioral health programs in Arizona, including prevention, education and treatment using cutting-edge, nationally recognized, evidence-based models.Job SummaryThe F/ACT Employment Specialist provides work related services, including assessment, job readiness training and skills building with SMI patients. This position is expected to spend at least 80% or more time in community working with employers, community colleges, skills centers, probation and the criminal justice system. Will also be required to utilize this time in the community to work with each client after employment is obtained to ensure ongoing supports are given to sustain active and meaningful employment.Skills/Requirements:Highschool diploma or GED required.
