FTZ Support Team Lead

Serving as the primary FTZ Support Team Lead, this full-time remote position will manage complex compliance issues, mentor Tier 1 support agents, and act as a liaison between product management and engineering teams while ensuring Customs compliance in FTZ operations. Key responsibilities: Intercept and triage complex compliance tickets to reduce Engineering escalations and provide actionable data fixes Manage, mentor, and train FTZ Support Agents, developing playbooks to enhance team capacity and resolve workflow confusion Partner with FTZ Product and Engineering leadership to provide feedback for product development and automation feature requests Required qualifications: 2+ years of direct experience in Foreign-Trade Zone (FTZ) operations, preferably with QAD FTZ software Knowledge of FTZ software interactions with the Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) and Automated Broker Interface (ABI) Operational experience in processing FTZ transactions, including CBP Forms 214, 7512, 3461, and 7501 Experience in stakeholder management and navigating high-pressure situations with enterprise FTZ operators Previous leadership or mentoring experience, ideally in a globally distributed environment
