Server Assistant

As a Server Assistant at St. Louis Country Club, you will be expected to uphold the highest level of service for our Members and guests while maintaining a friendly attitude. Working as a team to ensure the highest quality service is of utmost importance. SLCC offers you an opportunity to work a variety of different events in an open and fun environment surrounded by a beautiful, maintained property. Our services are personalized to each Member and we ensure an excellent dining experience. The main focus of this position will be to tray and deliver food to the members and guests during dining service. There are also other tasks associated with this position, and can vary depending on the service needs. Qualifications: Experience with proper table etiquette (Preferred) Knowledge of food and beverage (Preferred) Previous experience working in hospitality / customer service (Preferred, willing to train the right candidate) Candidates must be reliable, capable of working as part of a team. Must be comfortable lifting items up to 50 lbs. trays (Required). Major Duties and Responsibilities: Assisting Servers with Steps of Service Greet Members in a timely manner and guide them through service Maintain "Sense of Urgency" when on and off the floor Work as a team to anticipate and go above and beyond while reaching common goals. Adhere to set quality, consistency, and efficiency expectations and standards Perform and complete misc. job duties as requested by supervisors SLCC is looking for individuals who are interested in full or part time evening/weekend work and day shifts available.
