Job Description

Responsibilities

Maintain residential, commercial, and industrial HVAC systems
Ensure adherence to safety standards and best practices
Troubleshoot system issues and perform technical repairs
Document technical procedures and service records accurately
Manage time effectively to meet service schedules
Provide excellent customer service and support

Preferred Qualifications

5+ years of HVAC experience
Technical Certification in HVAC
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and electrical components
Proven troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Experience in team leadership
Familiarity with safety standards
Excellent customer service and time management skills
Ability to produce clear technical documentation
