We are hiring Entry-Level Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to help expand our customer base by introducing homeowners to convenient, dependable trash service options . This is a brand new service with untapped market potential.

What You’ll Do

• Canvass residential neighborhoods and knock doors daily

• Speak with homeowners and introduce bin cleaning services

• Educate customers on:

  • Service reliability and consistency

  • Cost savings vs. current providers

  • Convenience of scheduled pickup

• Generate new customers and close service sign-ups on the spot

• Track daily activity (doors, conversations, conversions)

• Maintain a consistent pipeline through follow-ups and referrals

What We’re Looking For

• Comfortable with door-to-door sales and face-to-face interaction

• Strong communication and people skills

• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

• Ability to work independently and stay consistent

• Positive attitude and resilience

Sales or canvassing experience is a plus—but not required for motivated candidates.

Compensation & Earnings

• Uncapped commission structure
