Client Relationship Consultant 3 (Banker) - Platt Ave Vons - West Hills, CA

Responsibilities Build and maintain client relationships through in-person, appointment, and virtual channels, providing advising and counseling with a digital-first mindset. Assess and attend to customers’ banking needs; obtain and process customer and account information. Demonstrate and educate clients on deposit and loan products; recommend solutions aligned to individual goals. Conduct proactive outreach and follow-up, learn clients’ financial needs and banking channel preferences. Open new consumer and business accounts, complete service requests and submit credit applications. Educate clients on emerging and self‑service digital products and self‑service technologies. Leverage resources and technologies to optimize the client experience and deliver operational excellence and accuracy. Basic Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of four to five years of retail banking experience or a combination of experience and training. NMLS registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z; subject to criminal background and credit check. Ability to comply with U.S. Bank policies, including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct. Location: Must work from a U.S. Bank location for all scheduled work days. Preferred Skills & Experience Proven ability to build and foster client relationships through proactive outreach and follow-up. Effective client engagement and communication skills. Thorough knowledge of bank and branch policies, procedures, and support systems. Knowledge of all retail products and services. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Experience participating in sales campaigns/promotions. Experience using and demonstrating digital products and self‑service technologies. Ability to identify a customer’s true needs with a digital-first mindset. Advanced proficiency in making appropriate recommendations that meet customer needs both reactively and proactively. Experience in the financial services industry (preferred).
