Account Executive Charlotte $100,000 Base + Uncapped Commission We're looking for a driven Account Executive to help expand a fast-growing platform that partners with restaurants and hospitality businesses. This is an opportunity for a true hunter who enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities from scratch, and closing deals in a high-growth environment. Based in Charlotte, you'll spend time meeting restaurant owners, operators, and hospitality leaders throughout the market while managing a full sales cycle from prospecting through close. What You'll Do Prospect, qualify, and close new restaurant and hospitality partners. Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and in-market activity. Develop strong relationships with restaurant owners, operators, and decision-makers. Guide prospects through the entire sales process from initial contact to signed agreement. Partner closely with onboarding, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless experience. Maintain accurate pipeline and activity records within Salesforce. Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. What We're Looking For 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience, ideally within hospitality, fintech, SaaS, or a related industry. Proven track record of generating new business and exceeding sales goals. Strong networking, relationship-building, and negotiation skills. Experience using Salesforce and sales engagement tools. Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Existing relationships within Charlotte, restaurant or hospitality community are highly desirable. Why Join?
