Your work might include: Using AI to improve how we work Making ordering easier for customers Improving distribution through automation Leading cross-functional initiatives Fixing operational pain points Owning and growing a product category Strengthening supplier relationships Launching new digital features You are curious, driven, and eager to make an impact. Total cash compensation is generally around $165,000 to $180,000 and includes a profit sharing based on company profitability. Includes a signing bonus and relocation stipend.
