Schedule : Full-time (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
JOB OVERVIEW:
We are hiring a Fleet Support Specialist to provide administrative and operational support to the Fleet Manager. This is an entry-level role focused on vehicle documentation, compliance tracking, and maintaining accurate fleet records.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist with vehicle title processing, registration, and renewals
- Track and coordinate vehicle inspections and compliance requirements
- Maintain accurate digital and physical fleet records
- Support filing and submission of DMV and regulatory paperwork
- Monitor deadlines for registrations, inspections, and documentation
- Communicate with internal teams and external vendors
- Perform general administrative and clerical tasks
- Support additional fleet-related projects as needed
REQUIREMENTS:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
- Proficient with email, spreadsheets, and document management
- Ability to follow processes and manage routine tasks
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable handling repetitive administrative work
- Prior admin, clerical, or operations support experience preferred
- Experience with DMV processes or fleet documentation is a plus
