We are seeking a Shift Lead to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the team to work efficiently, accurately and safely
• Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
• Train and evaluate employees 
• Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
• Resolve escalated customer complaints 

​ Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food service a plus but not required, customer service, or other related fields
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong leadership qualities
• Must be able to multi-task
• ServSafe certification a plus but not required to apply

Hourly wage based on experience - plus tips
