We are seeking a Spanish-speaking, Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join our team and provide exceptional patient care. With a supportive environment and skilled staff, this role allows you to focus on what matters most—providing top-tier healthcare.Position Overview: The Internal Medicine Physician will manage a caseload of approximately 17-25 patients daily, providing comprehensive primary care services to a predominantly Spanish-speaking patient population. This is a purely outpatient role with no in-patient responsibilities, allowing you to focus on continuity of care and preventive health.Key Responsibilities:Provide primary care and preventative health services to adult patients.Manage a daily caseload of approximately 17-25 patients.Collaborate with Medical Assistants, Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants, and administrative staff to deliver patient-centered care.Participate in clinical discussions, coordinate patient care plans, and utilize best practices to enhance patient outcomes.Requirements:Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine.Active licensure in the state of New York.Fluency in Spanish (required).Strong commitment to patient-centered care.Compensation and Benefits:Salary range: $220,000 - $250,000 per year, based on experience.4 or 5-day work week for work-life balance.Competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.Professional support from an experienced team, including Medical Assistants, Nurse Practitioners/Physician Assistants, and administrative staff.
