Job Title: Customer Care Specialist - Back-Up Care

Job Summary:

Support employees from partner companies by coordinating back-up child care solutions when their regular arrangements are unavailable. This role involves handling inbound calls or making outbound calls to care providers to ensure employees can continue their workday without disruption.

Responsibilities:

+ Handle inbound customer inquiries

+ Coordinate care solutions with child care providers (outbound calls)

+ Document all interactions in CRM accurately

+ Assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

+ Maintain high-quality customer service

Requirements:

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ 1+ year of customer service, call center, or help desk experience

+ Strong communication and documentation skills

+ Typing speed of 35+ WPM

+ Basic computer and Microsoft Outlook proficiency

+ Ability to multitask and learn new systems

Preferred:

+ Associate's or Bachelor's degree

Experience Level: Entry-Level

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.75 - $18.75/hr.
