Responsibilities: Provide front-office administrative support including answering phones and managing correspondence Maintain and organize patient records, files, and documentation in compliance with hospice regulations Schedule appointments and coordinate communication between clinical staff, patients, and families Assist with data entry, and medical records management Process incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and electronic communications Support the care team with supply ordering, inventory tracking, and office organization Ensure a welcoming, calm, and professional office environment at all times Requirements: High school diploma or GED required Bilingual in English and Spanish or English and Tagalog.
