The Insurance Customer Service Representative (CSR) at our small agency provides essential back office support with a focus on quoting and managing a variety of insurance policies. This role primarily handles auto, home, and business insurance products while delivering efficient customer service and maintaining accurate policy data. Operating as an individual contributor, the CSR uses proprietary quoting software and standard CRM systems to support internal processes with minimal direct client interaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service for insurance policy inquiries and updates
• Generate accurate insurance quotes for auto, home, and business policies
• Perform back office support tasks including data entry and policy management
• Maintain comprehensive and organized client records using CRM systems
• Communicate effectively with clients as needed to gather or clarify information

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in insurance customer service
• High school diploma or equivalent
