Job Responsibilities:

Identifying potential candidates through various channels like job boards, professional networks, social media, and industry events, then screening resumes and applications to assess qualifications and technical skills
Conducting pre-screening calls, in-depth interviews, and coordinating technical assessments or assignments with hiring managers and engineering teams to evaluate candidates' abilities and cultural fit.
Working closely with hiring managers to define job specifications and understand specific technical requirements, and also with HR professionals and technical teams.

Skills:

Minimum 5 years of experience as full cycle recruiters
Experience with ICIMS ATS
Experience in recruiting engineering roles like electrical engineer, Mechanical engineer, civil engineer and nuclear engineers

Education/Experience:

Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent.
