Experience in coaching upper Level 6+ bars and vault, including spotting flipping vaults, bar transitions, release moves and other level specific progressions. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement training programs for competitive gymnastics team members
- Provide personalized coaching and feedback to athletes during practice and competitions
- Preparing athletes for competitions
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all team members during training and events
- Communicate effectively with parents and provide progress updates on athletes
- Assisting with coaching Xcel and Developmental/Compulsory Teams when needed

Coaching experience, 3 year minimum necessary. Must be available Afternoon/ Evenings/Possible Weekends.
