Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Labor and Delivery Duration: 8 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 1 year in Labor Delivery Recovery Postpartum (LDRP) experience required License: Ohio License or Compact License required Certifications: BLS, NRP, ACLS, C-EFM required Must-Have: Must have experience in Labor Delivery Recovery Postpartum (LDRP) Experience with AllScripts electronic medical record system preferred Two recent references from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for are required Description: The position requires a registered nurse with experience in labor and delivery. Candidates should be willing to discuss block scheduling during the interview. The unit has an annual birth rate of approximately 330 births. Weekends are required every third weekend. Call is not required for this position. Floating may be required as needed within scope. COVID-19 vaccination is required, with exemptions for medical or religious reasons only. Flu vaccination is also required, with exemptions for medical or religious reasons only. References from recent supervisors are necessary for consideration.
