Job Description

We are seeking a Concierge Caregiver to provide dedicated, one-on-one care to individual residents at The Oscar at Georgetown during scheduled service blocks, fostering meaningful relationships and delivering personalized support tailored to each resident's unique needs. After each care session, the concierge caregiver will transition to their next resident appointment while maintaining the same high standard of compassionate, resident-centered care.

The ideal candidate is compassionate, engaging, dependable, attentive to detail, and committed to creating exceptional resident experiences every day.

Essential Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance.

• Provide companionship and emotional support while fostering meaningful relationships with residents.

• Respond promptly to resident requests and anticipate individual needs.

• Assist with light housekeeping tasks related to resident care.

• Escort residents to meals, activities, appointments, and community events as needed.

Available Schedule:

• Must be able to commit to one of the following ongoing schedules:

o Sunday – Wednesday from 7am-1pm

o Tuesday – Saturday from 7am-1pm

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of caregiver experience in a facility providing full hands-on care to residents.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a front-facing customer service role.

• Current CNA certification is a plus.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; must enjoy engaging with residents.

• Ability to provide compassionate, resident-centered care.

• Dependable attendance and punctuality.

• Must be able to commit to an ongoing weekly schedule in Georgetown

• Current driver’s license with a clean driving record and auto insurance with your name on the policy

• Pass a full background check and drug test 

• Ability to provide 2 professional references
