Skillbridge Recruitment Coordinator (for military members only)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Ensure all pertinent recruiting and onboarding processes are accurate. Assist with recruitment and hiring efforts. Help employees with inquiries related to benefits, payroll, and policy. Maintain close, responsible relationships with supervisors and staff regarding day‑to‑day activities. Support day‑to‑day job posting efforts, strategies, and reporting for our clients. Build candidate pipelines using ATS, CRM, social media, resume databases, and professional networks. Communicate with candidates via email, text, and phone to maintain and grow candidate pipelines. Write outreach templates (email and text) for candidate outreach. Assist with weekly recruitment reporting. Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent with 1–3 years of experience. May have training or education in the area of specialization. Program Overview: This 4‑month (16‑week) internship focuses on talent acquisition operations including job posting, sourcing, content creation, reporting, and ownership of posting locations.
