In this role, you will recruit entry-level engineering talent in all areas of engineering.As a part of a team of talented and collaborative Talent Specialists, you will be responsible for identifying, interviewing and hiring the best and the brightest to design, test, manufacture and launch reusable spaceflight systems. Combining your innovative spirit and recruiting acumen, you will help shape the future of human spaceflight by enabling Team Blue to acquire the talent that will solidify our vision of Millions of People Living and Working in Space!We are looking for someone to apply their technical expertise, leadership skills, and commitment to quality to positively impact safe human spaceflight. Remote work is not available for this role.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Act as subject matter expert and strategic talent advisor to leadership at all levelsDevelop sourcing models and plans to generate talent pools, networks and pipelines; create and execute robust search strategies, calibrate candidates with hiring managersDevelop prospects into candidates. Engage, sustain relationships, screen and interviewCollaborate, coach and develop other members of the Talent Acquisition TeamPartner with hiring managers, business unit leaders and other members of Team Blue by leading and participating in scoping discussions, weekly tag ups and candidate debriefsPrepare/contribute to search status reports and lead/participate in client update meetings on active searchesDive deep with an inquisitive mindset into the technical requirements of the requisitions and business units you will be supportingMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent of experience in recruiting4+ years of Technical Recruiting experience to include Engineering, Manufacturing, or IT positionsStrong professional communication skills and demonstrated ability to influence and advise business leadersDemonstrated success in generating leads using a variety of platforms and sourcing methodsPreferred Qualifications:Experience in Manufacturing, Space, Aerospace and Defense, Oil & Gas, Nuclear Power, Technology, Aviation industriesProficiency with WorkdayExempt and non exempt position recruiting experienceCombination of agency and corporate environment recruiting experienceHigh volume recruiting experienceStartup experienceBase Pay Range for:WA applicants is $112,059.00 - $156,882.60Other site ranges may differCulture StatementDon’t meet all desired requirements?
