Job Description Minimum 1+ years speech therapy experience required. We are seeking a dedicated School Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in Charlotte, MI for the 2024/2025 school year. This full-time position involves providing physical therapy services to students in a school setting. Responsibilities Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students' physical therapy needs. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Provide direct physical therapy services to students. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress. Maintain detailed records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress. Requirements Masters degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy. Michigan state PT license or eligibility for licensure.
