We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Customer Care Coordinator to join our team.

We are currently accepting applications from individuals with previous experience in the automotive industry and/or a strong interest in the off-roading industry.

Schedule:
Tuesday – Thursday
8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys helping customers, staying organized, and making sure things get done correctly and on time. You'll be responsible for handling day-to-day customer care needs, processing orders, providing updates, gathering information for warranty and technical support, and answering general product questions.

We have a well-developed knowledge base and established processes to help you succeed. Most customer questions can be handled using these resources, while more technical questions or upset customers will be escalated to the appropriate team member.

Typical Responsibilities

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Provide customers with order status updates and other timely communication.
• Create warranty claim tickets and gather all required customer and product information.
• Create technical support tickets and collect the necessary information for our technical team.
• Answer general product questions using our knowledge base and established documentation.
• Recognize when a question or concern needs to be escalated and make sure it reaches the appropriate team member.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Follow up on customer requests to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Communicate with customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
• Follow established processes and procedures consistently.

• Interested in the automotive/off-road industry – You don't necessarily need to be an expert, but genuine interest and a willingness to learn are important.

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience in the automotive, off-road, or related industry .
• Strong personal interest or knowledge of off-road vehicles and products .
• Previous customer service or administrative experience.
• QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping/accounting software experience is a plus.
• Experience with order processing, customer support, or ticketing systems is helpful.

• $16.00-19.00/hour starting pay DOE
• Consistent Tuesday–Thursday schedule
• 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM workday
