Independent PMHNP - Outpatient Psychiatry & Med Mgmt

CARE Counseling in Plymouth, MN is seeking a PMHNP for outpatient psychiatric evaluations and medication management. We prefer a minimum of 2 days/week but are open to per diem, part-time, or full-time arrangements. You will prescribe or adjust medications per the Collaborative Practice Agreement and Minnesota Nurse Practice Act, while collaborating with the treatment team and maintaining EMR documentation. Must live in the Twin Cities metro with ability to work onsite. #J-18808-Ljbffr Optum
