Enterprise Resource Planning Analyst (Workday Reports & Integrations)

Project DescriptionSupport and enhance the enterprise Workday platform by developing, maintaining, and optimizing Workday reports and integrations. The role focuses on delivering accurate reporting solutions to support HR, Payroll, Finance, and business operations.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain Workday reports, including Advanced, Matrix, and custom reports.Create and maintain complex Calculated Fields to support reporting requirements.Develop reporting solutions across Workday HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, and Financials.Design and support Workday Hub integrations and reporting processes.Gather reporting requirements from business stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions.Validate report accuracy and troubleshoot reporting and integration issues.Collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver reporting enhancements.Skills – Must HaveStrong hands-on experience with Workday Reporting, including Advanced, Matrix, and custom reports, with reporting as the primary area of expertise. Proven experience designing complex Calculated Fields and supporting reporting across Workday HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, Financials (FINSCM), and Workday Hub integrations.Experience with BIRT Reporting, Power BI, or other enterprise reporting and visualization platforms.
