Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Highlands Rehabilitation and Wellness Center, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care to our residents and patients. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, provide direct patient care, and maintain accurate and detailed records.
