This team influences both the “What” and the “How” across all of Services by influencing behaviors and shaping the outcomes that drive the Strategy forward. Our Services Strategic Planning team unlocks growth, efficiency, and organizational alignment by driving various strategic initiatives, new business opportunities, mergers & acquisitions, partnerships, alliances, and joint ventures. Here’s what we are looking for with this roleEssential Requirements15+ years of related experience in technology sectorStrong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas (written and verbal), build rapport quickly, and collaborate effectively with diverse business partners.Advanced qualitative and quantitative analytical capabilities, leveraging structured and innovative thinking to extract insights, develop hypotheses, and deliver compelling, insight‑driven narratives.Highly adaptable and flexible contributor with advanced consultative and business acumen, capable of excelling in multiple roles (e.g., problem-solver, thought leader, project co-owner) across complex assignments.Exceptionally organized and efficient, comfortable navigating ambiguity, breaking down complex problems, and managing stakeholders effectively to drive strong results.Desirable RequirementsBachelor’s degree with Management Consulting experience, demonstrating strong business acumen through innovative and structured thinkingProven experience mentoring and developing team membersCompensationDell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
