As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) on our team, you'll play a vital role in delivering life-changing therapy to our clients. About The Role Deliver 1:1 in-home ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Implement individualized treatment plans and collect data to track progress Support parent training goals set by the supervising BCBA Communicate professionally with families and the clinical team Responsibilities Provide ABA therapy in a home-based setting Implement behavioral interventions and strategies to support client goals Collaborate with BCBA to develop and implement individualized treatment plans Collect data and maintain accurate records of client progress Qualifications Have current RBT certification or are willing to obtain one (paid training provided) Have experience working with children Possess reliable transportation Join Our Team At Budding Futures, we offer a competitive compensation package, including: $24 - $30/hour, based on experience and certification Paid training PTO Full-time and part-time positions available As a valued member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work with a dedicated and compassionate team, receive ongoing training and support, and make a real difference in the lives of children and families. #J-18808-Ljbffr
