Supply Chain Analyst (0 4 Years Experience) Experience: 0 4 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Multiple Department: Supply Chain & Operations Job Summary We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst with up to 4 years of experience to support supply chain planning, inventory management, logistics optimization, and operational performance analysis. The ideal candidate will leverage data and business insights to improve supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service levels across procurement, inventory, warehousing, and distribution functions. Key Responsibilities Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities. Support demand planning, inventory management, procurement, and logistics operations. Monitor inventory levels and recommend actions to optimize stock availability while minimizing carrying costs. Prepare and maintain supply chain reports, dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics. Conduct root cause analysis for supply chain disruptions, delays, and service issues. Collaborate with procurement, operations, manufacturing, logistics, and sales teams to improve operational efficiency. Assist in forecasting demand and supply requirements based on historical and market data. Evaluate supplier performance and support vendor management initiatives. Identify cost-saving opportunities across transportation, warehousing, and procurement processes. Support implementation and continuous improvement of supply chain processes and systems. Ensure data accuracy within ERP and supply chain management systems. Assist in developing business cases and recommendations for operational improvements. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. 0 4 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Inventory Management, Procurement, Operations, or related analytical roles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to interpret large datasets and provide actionable insights. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Required Technical Skills Supply Chain & Operations Supply Chain Planning Demand Forecasting Inventory Management Logistics & Transportation Analysis Procurement Analysis Warehouse Operations Supplier Performance Monitoring Order Fulfillment Processes Data Analysis & Reporting Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Power Query, Data Analysis) Data Visualization and Reporting KPI Development and Tracking Root Cause Analysis Process Improvement Methodologies Systems & Tools Experience with ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA, Oracle NetSuite, Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, or similar. Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting tools. Knowledge of Supply Chain Management (SCM) software is a plus. Preferred Qualifications Experience in manufacturing, retail, e-commerce, distribution, or logistics environments. Knowledge of inventory control methodologies and supply chain best practices. Understanding of demand planning and forecasting techniques. Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement principles. APICS certifications such as CPIM or CSCP are advantageous.
