As Deputy Chief of Staff, you will:

• Assist the Chief of Staff in managing daily operations
• Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives and track progress
• Support internal communications and organizational efficiency

We are looking for candidates with relevant experience in leadership, coordination, and operational support.

• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Passion for social justice and progressive change

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in nonprofit or political organizations
• Experience supporting executive leadership
• Flexible time commitment based on project needs
