Legal Support Specialist

Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the House Counsel team by generating and filing standard form pleadings and correspondence, performing data entry, creating document review requests, managing contact cards, collecting and coordinating legal documents, processing incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and court filings, building new case files, prioritizing existing ones, and handling file closure procedures. Location This is an on-site position; candidates must reside within a reasonable distance of the Riverview, FL office. Must‑have Qualifications High School diploma/GED equivalent or higher and a minimum of one year experience in an administrative role. Preferred Skills Computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work with and maintain highly confidential information. Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with others. Strong organization skills and attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a variety of system applications. Ability to adhere to and adjust to changing deadlines and follow written procedures.
