Key Responsibilities

• Material Flow & Inventory: Safely unload, inspect, palletize, and transport inventory to designated storage or shipping areas.

• Equipment Operation: Precise operation of reach trucks and sit-down forklifts in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

• Quality & Accuracy: Inspect inbound/outbound shipments for damage and immediately report any inventory discrepancies to management.

• Safety First: Maintain a safe, clean work area and follow all OSHA and warehouse safety standards.

What We Are Looking For

• Experience: Proven experience operating both Stand-Up Reach Trucks and Sit-Down Forklifts.

• Reliability: strong work ethic, punctual, and ready to start immediately.

• Detail-Oriented: Ability to catch inventory errors, read staging tickets, and manage physical counts accurately.

• Physical Ability: Comfortable lifting up to [e.g., 50 lbs] and standing/bending for the duration of the shift.
