Licensed CSR

We are an established commercial insurance brokerage, currently seeking articulate, organized and enthusiastic individuals to join our team. Customer Service Representatives provide administrative support to our Customer Service Team. Incumbents in this role work in a team environment, with an opportunity to grow and develop their knowledge, skills and abilities, through a combination of educational programs and experiential (on-the-job) training. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Electronically attach documents Review policy documents to verify accuracy in rating, typing and coverage Document discrepancies and/or errors in reviewed policy documents Prepare written correspondence Process endorsement requests Update client account information including billing screens, applications and attachments Post and maintain activities for timely follow up, using a diary system Process invoices Process cancellation notices Prepare and process Certificates of Insurance Issue auto ID cards Process MVR requests Establish and update account files, per agency standards Maintain electronic files in an orderly, up-to-date manner Service accounts in a manner to eliminate E&O exposures Maintain regular, pro-active communication with service team members Active participation to complete projects and accept delegated tasks, as needed Assume other job responsibilities as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Must have valid state-issued Insurance license; Possess organizational skills to prioritize and manage workflow ensuring efficient, timely, and accurate processing of all responsibilities; Effective communication skills, using English language, in written, oral or schedule form; Ability to apply the concepts of basic accounting, calculate figures and amounts involving decimals such as fractions, pro-rata and percentages; Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables; Computer literate - Proficient use of Windows systems, Microsoft Office software (including Word, Excel, Outlook), database programs and general office equipment; Type 45-50 wpm; Ability to develop and maintain effective, professional relationships with co-workers, carriers, vendors and other business contacts; Professional work ethic Qualified Candidates should submit a resume for consideration.
