About the Role:
NuWay Electronics is looking for a driven, detail-oriented Quality Lead to join our team in Elk Grove Village, IL. Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems (QMS) to ensure compliance with industry standards
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and lead corrective and preventive action (CAPA) initiatives
• Perform internal audits and support external audits to ensure regulatory and customer compliance
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues
• Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement efforts
• Review and approve inspection plans, control plans, and process documentation

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Quality, or a technical field
• 2+ years of experience in a quality role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, MSA, and control plans
• Experience with ISO 9001:2015 quality management systems; ISO 9001:2026 a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
• Quality Auditor Certification required, Six Sigma Certification a plus

Work Schedule:

• Flexible Hours between 6:30AM - 4:30PM
• Part Time or Full Time
