Job Description
Join a dynamic team that designs and manufactures conveyor systems aimed at enhancing speed, reliability, and efficiency in consumer packaged goods movement. As a Mechanical Assembler, you will play a crucial role in assembling components and ensuring high-quality standards.
Responsibilities

• Prepare work by studying assembly instructions, specifications, and parts lists, gathering necessary parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.
• Position parts and subassemblies by following assembly instructions and drawings.
• Assemble components by mechanically fastening parts and subassemblies.
• Verify specifications by measuring completed conveyor sections.
• Keep equipment operational by completing preventative maintenance procedures.

Essential Skills

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to read and interpret a tape measure
• Experience with hand tools such as ratchets, wrenches, battery and pneumatic operated tools
• Ability to retain information regarding standard assembly/disassembly procedures

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Prior experience in mechanical assembly or interpreting blueprints is preferred.
• Ability to work 1st shift and occasional overtime as needed.

Work Environment
Work the 1st shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime as needed during the typical workweek. Enjoy a climate-controlled shop environment, surrounded by a workforce of 80-90 full-time employees including all shifts and office personnel.

This is a Permanent position based out of Suamico, WI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.30 - $23.30/hr.
