Occupational Therapist - Travel Contract

Make a meaningful difference as a travel OT in Holland, OH. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to help patients in a skilled nursing facility with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain or improve daily living skills while exploring a new location.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program.
• Active Ohio Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans and provide documentation per facility standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with documentation systems commonly used in skilled nursing facilities.
• Experience treating a geriatric population and working with adaptive equipment.

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 08:30 - 16:30.
• Work Pattern: Five 8-hour shifts per week.
