We invite you to learn more about us and meet the team at: As a Server (Dining Services Associate) you’re responsible for creating a safe, comfortable and pleasant dining experience for our seniors. Unlike other serving positions in hospitality (restaurants, hotels, resorts), in this role you’ll have the opportunity to build life-long relationships serving our residents the nutritious meals that keep them thriving every day. What Cascade Living and Regency Grand look for in a Server (Dining Services Associate) Work with the dining room manager to identify dietary needs and develop appropriate dietary plans Compassionate individuals who will represent our community in a positive and professional manner Effective communicator who connects with staff, residents and their families Demonstrate active listening techniques, gain support by treating others with dignity and respect Strong customer service skills with ability to problem solve Reliable transportation and dependable when it comes to showing up on time Ability to work flexible hours to include evenings and weekends What you can expect to do as a Server (Dining Services Associate) for Regency Grand: Prepare dining room for all meals, completing the pre-meal procedures Fill resident food requests, transport food to dining room or deliver service trays to resident’s units Establish effective relationships with residents, family members and staff Use proper tasting techniques to understand the flavor of all entrees and have knowledge of their ingredients, prior to meal service Demonstrate organizational skills around time management Ability to understand menus and answer questions that might arise Ensure cleanliness in both kitchen and dining room Actively participates as a member of a team and is committed to working toward goals set by management Promote the mission, values and beliefs of Cascade Living Required Certifications: Food Workers Card $16.90 - $18.90/hour depending on experience Job Type: Part Time 3:30pm-7pm Saturday & Monday-Tuesday 6am-1:30pm Saturday-Monday Weekend Availability Required Cascade Living Group Benefit Offerings: Competitive Wages Career Pathways Health Insurance (for those eligible) Voluntary Benefits (Disability, Accident, Life) Flexible Pet Insurance for cats and dogs 401k (with company match) Pay Advances Perks at Work Discount Program Generous Paid Time Off Education Assistance Longevity Bonuses Cascade Living Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
