Material Handling and Line Feeding – Load and unload raw materials and packaging components; stage materials at the line and keep flow consistent to prevent downtime. Quality Checks and Basic Measurements – Perform periodic in-process checks and basic measurements to confirm products meet quality standards; document checks as required. Sanitation and Work Area Organization – Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workspace; follow GMP and food-safety expectations throughout the shift. Teamwork and Shift Support – Work collaboratively with teammates and supervisors; communicate issues, support changeovers, and step into new stations as training progresses. Qualifications Education – High school diploma or GED required. Experience – Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required ; paid training provided. Coachability and Growth Mindset – Willingness to learn new stations, take feedback, and grow into more advanced roles over time. Attitude and Team Collaboration – Positive, dependable, and respectful; able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
