Qualifications and Requirements:

Reliable, consistent, and service-focused attitude

Strong interpersonal skills; detail-oriented; capable of multitasking

Team player; capable of working independently

Flexible availability

Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods

Team Member Responsibilities:

Efficient multitasking; strong work ethic

Team-oriented, adaptable, reliable

Communicate clearly with the team (and guests as needed)

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards

Follow training, procedures, and menu updates

Complete assigned tasks (including opening/closing)

Adhere to all policies, procedures, and dress code

Responsibilities in the Front of House (FOH) area:

Offer exceptional customer service (eye contact, enthusiasm, professionalism)

Create positive connections with guests

Provide fast, accurate, and friendly service

Represent the restaurants vision and values in all customer interactions

Responsibilities in the Back of House (BOH) area:

Prepare and assemble food according to Chick-fil-A standards

Operate all kitchen stations

Stock and maintain kitchen preparation

Ensure compliance with food safety and equipment safety

Supervise kitchen operations and report issues

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday

Availability on weekends

Day shift
