Part-Time Executive & Personal Assistant

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and motivated Part-Time Executive & Personal Assistant to provide direct support. As a Staff Assistant - State Farm Agent Team Member, it will be a unique position that combines traditional executive assistant responsibilities with personal assistance. The ideal candidate must be comfortable helping with a variety of tasks, both inside and outside the office. Responsibilities: Administrative & Executive Support

• Assist with daily office tasks, documentation, and note-taking.
• Organize files, records, schedules, and important information.
• Assist with computer-based tasks, data entry, and document preparation.
• Help coordinate appointments, meetings, and reminders.
• Assist with client communication and general customer service needs.
• Track outstanding tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups.
• Help prioritize daily responsibilities and maintain an organized workflow.

Personal Assistance & Errands

• Place grocery orders and coordinate pickups and deliveries.
• Run personal errands, including shopping, returns, and other pickups.
• Assist with occasional household tasks, as requested.
• Help coordinate personal appointments and family schedules.
• Assist with organizing and managing day-to-day personal responsibilities.
• Provide additional support with other reasonable, agreed-upon tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable using computers, email, and Microsoft Office programs.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
• Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Trustworthy and respectful of confidential business and personal information.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Previous administrative or personal assistant experience is a plus, but not required.

Schedule & Work Environment

• Part-time position.
• Primarily based at our San Angelo office, with occasional local errands and assistance at a private residence.
• Schedule and weekly hours to be discussed during the interview.
• Friendly, family-oriented office environment.
• Opportunity to work directly with agency leadership.

Compensation: $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
