About the Role:
Adcom Worldwide is looking for a driven and detail-oriented International Operations specialist to join our Air Freight team in Sacramento, CA. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage international air freight shipments from origin to destination
• Prepare and process export/import documentation including airway bills, commercial invoices, and customs entries
• Communicate with overseas agents, airlines, and carriers to ensure timely movement of cargo
• Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve delays, exceptions, or compliance issues
• Ensure adherence to international trade regulations, customs compliance, and TSA security requirements
• Provide exceptional customer service by delivering accurate shipment updates and solutions
• Coordinate with customs brokers to facilitate smooth clearance of inbound and outbound freight

Requirements:

• Prior experience in international air freight, freight forwarding, or logistics operations
• Knowledge of import/export regulations, Incoterms, and customs compliance procedures
• Familiarity with freight management systems and carrier portals
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with global partners
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• IATA or Customs Broker license a plus

Compensation: $41,600.00 - $57,000.00 per year
