Are you ready to embark on a thrilling adventure filled with laughter, learning, and unforgettable moments? At St. Frances Cabrini, we are on a mission to create an after school experience like no other for students from preschool to 8th grade. We are looking for energetic and passionate people to join our team and make a positive impact while having a blast!
An After school Support Staff handles student group management and assists with multiple activities (i.e., Art, Music, Dance, Sports, etc.).

Requirements:
- Experience: We are looking for previous experience working with children in a school or camp setting is preferred.
- Required Training: Complete all required IMS and state-mandated training and onboarding.
- Schedule:Monday-Friday 3:00-6:00 pm, September 8 - June 4
- Reliable Attendance: We are looking for teachers who can commit to working each day the program is in session.
- School Calendar: Please note that OST Enrichment and Aftercare are not held on scheduled school half-days.
- Any schedule changes must be pre-approved by the Site Director and BTB Dean.
Reporting Relationships:
- Directly report to and take guidance from the Program Director, with additional accountability to IMS School Leadership and BTB Dean.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Push/pull, lift, and carry a minimum of thirty-five (35) pounds across campus. Work outside, upright, and mobile for one (1) to three (3) hours per day
- Respond to emergencies, including running and ascending stairs without undue exertion.
