Cyber threats are everywhere and are constantly evolving. In all of this "cyber noise," how can these organizations understand their risks and how to mitigate them? The answer is you, a cybersecurity analyst who will break down complex threats into manageable plans of action.


As a cybersecurity analyst on our team, you'll use your experience to discover your customers cyber risks, understand applicable policies, and develop comprehensive documentation. You'll review technical details to assess the entire threat landscape. Then, you'll lead efforts to develop program protection plans, OPSEC plans, critical program Information within security classification guides along with anti-tamper plans.

You Have:

• 3+ years of experience as a Information System Security Officer (ISSO) or Information System Security Manger (ISSM)
• Experience performing security information assurance activities, including evaluating security architecture requirements, designs, and implementations for compliance
• Ability to develop cybersecurity documentation including Program Protection Plans for Department of War systems
• Secret clearance
• HS diploma or GED
• DoD 8140 Certification

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with cyber mission Assurance
• Possession of strong technical and analytical skills
• Possession of excellent communication and collaboration skills, to engage with internal teams and external partners

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $99,000.00 to $225,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
