What we’re seeking:

• Current teaching certification with Special Education endorsement
• Demonstrated experience with various grade levels: Pre-K, K-5, 6-8, and 9-12
• Strong understanding of IEP development and implementation
• Ability to collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families
• Excellent communication skills and adaptability to changing classroom environments
• Passion for fostering growth and inclusion within diverse student populations
• Commitment to ongoing professional development

What you’ll do:

• Deliver individualized and group instruction to students with diverse learning needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in accordance with state and federal regulations
• Assess student progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly
• Collaborate effectively with educators, therapists, and families to support holistic student growth
• Maintain accurate records of student data, progress, and behavior
• Create a positive, engaging, and inclusive classroom climate
