Production Machine Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 21.35 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• Second Shift (Monday through Friday from 02:00pm to 10:30pm)

• Operate and monitor computer-controlled production equipment to process raw materials and manufacture quality products.
• Set up, calibrate, test, and troubleshoot machines to ensure optimal performance throughout each shift.
• Maintain accurate production records, including material usage, equipment checks, samples, and downtime logs.
• Perform quality inspections, safety checks, and routine preventative maintenance on production equipment.
• Operate a forklift to transport materials and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Production Machine Operator Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; a minimum of 1 year of production plant experience is preferred.
• Ability to identify materials, follow work instructions, and maintain strong attention to detail.
• Ability to read and understand English instructions while following safe work practices and procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in a dusty production environment and varying weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain.
• Willingness to work mandatory overtime, including weekends and holidays as needed.
