This position is 100% remote, allowing for a flexible work-life balance while being equipped with state-of-the-art telehealth technology. Our administrative team manages various operational aspects—including marketing for new clients, verifying insurance, handling credentialing, billing, and compliance—enabling you to concentrate on your primary objective: delivering exceptional care. You'll have the freedom to create your own schedule within a Monday to Friday framework, and weekend availability may also be accommodated.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions for a diverse clientele, utilizing your expertise in therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychodynamic Therapy.

• Assess client needs through detailed evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to support their goals.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in our electronic health records (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and staying abreast of the latest research and methodologies in mental health.

• Facilitate support groups and workshops that enhance community engagement and promote mental wellness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adults aged 18 and above, including individuals from various backgrounds and identities. This role will also involve engaging with minority and diverse populations, fostering cultural competence in your therapeutic approach.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• An active LCSW license to practice in the State of Illinois.

• A minimum of three years of post-licensure clinical counseling experience.
\n
• Experience delivering psychotherapy to adults, with a strong understanding of therapeutic techniques.

• Possession of professional malpractice insurance is required.

Preferred Experience\n
