Chadon Health Services, Inc. is seeking dependable, compassionate, and professional Caregivers and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) for immediate openings throughout the Atlanta metropolitan area.

We are committed to providing high-quality, respectful, and compassionate care that helps individuals remain safe and independent in their homes.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
• Assist with mobility, transfers, positioning, and ambulation
• Prepare meals and assist with eating as needed
• Provide light housekeeping and help maintain a safe home environment
• Provide medication reminders within the permitted scope of care
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Assist with approved errands and daily activities
• Observe and report changes in the client’s condition
• Accurately document services provided
• Follow the client’s Plan of Care and agency policies
• Maintain client dignity, privacy, safety, and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Compassionate, dependable, patient, and professional
• Previous caregiving, PCA, CNA, home care, or related experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable transportation to client assignments
• Ability to meet applicable background screening, training, and employment requirements
• Dependable attendance and commitment to scheduled client visits

Compensation

$13.00–$16.00 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, client assignment, and other applicable factors.
