Responsibilities Onboarding new staff Curriculum design and delivery Skills validation and assessment Simulation facilitation Accreditation readiness and support Policy rollouts, documentation optimization, and staff development Collaborate with a Director of Professional Practice, nursing leadership, education specialists, quality, informatics, and clinical operations Work Environment & Setting Support education across a 45‑bed acute‑care setting, leveraging a compassionate community hospital’s resources to deliver nimble competency programs, high‑touch preceptor development, and bedside coaching that drive consistent standards, reduce variation, and enhance outcomes on nights.
