What You'll Do

• Provide specialized nursing care in Labor and Delivery, utilizing assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation
• Monitor fetal and maternal health, administer medications, and manage treatments
• Document patient histories, symptoms, and care activities accurately
• Educate patients and families on labor, delivery, and postpartum care
• Collaborate with care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Follow protocols for emergency and routine procedures in obstetrics
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, standards, and state laws

What You Need

• RN license in Texas or a compact state
• Current BLS, ACLS, NRP, and C-EFM or AWHONN certification
• At least 1 year of recent experience in perinatal or labor and delivery nursing preferred
• Strong communication and clinical skills
• Ability to work 12-hour day shifts in a fast-paced environment
