Step-Down RN - Night Shift

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Step-Down Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional care for our adult and geriatric patient population. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in step-down or telemetry nursing.

Schedule

This position requires working 12-hour night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to step-down patients.
• Monitor patient progress and vitals, ensuring adherence to established protocols.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the medical team.
• Document all patient interactions in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 1-2 years of step-down or telemetry experience is required.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications are mandatory.
• Active RN license is required.
