Practice Group Manager

Job Summary The Practice Group Manager will be on site to provide direction, coaching, and support to team members and clinicians in their assigned offices, serving as local culture carriers and an extension of operations leadership. They will monitor workflow processes, outcomes, clinician/patient satisfaction, and performance measures to ensure that their offices are meeting or exceeding the established clinical, operational, and financial objectives set in cooperation with leadership. Benefits Medical, dental, vision, AD&D, short‑term and long‑term disability, life insurance 401(k) retirement savings with employer match Paid parental leave, paid time off, holiday pay Employee Assistance Program Responsibilities Operational Excellence: Manage financial performance of the practice group, including revenue, margin and EBITDA targets; coordinate operations to ensure offices run efficiently; report monthly key performance indicators; provide root‑cause analysis and action plans; implement operational and clinical processes to drive service excellence; Staff Performance and Support: Directly manage performance and engagement of office team members, including clinicians, coordinators and medical services staff; partner with clinical leadership to ensure service delivery meets expectations, policies and procedures; provide administrative oversight and operational support for therapists and prescribers; Clinician Engagement and Support: Promote culture, improve clinician satisfaction, support onboarding and training of new hires, and serve as contact for clinician administrative questions; oversee escalated patient complaints and partner with clinical/medical leadership for resolution; support case consults, documentation integrity and clinical best practices; Retention and Issue Resolution: Communicate weekly with operations and clinical leaders to flag clinician dissatisfaction; mentor, engage, and gather feedback from strong performers; Collaboration with Shared Services: Partner with shared services teams to support clinician and patient needs and effective delivery of mental health services; work with the Operations Director to manage local referral source relationships and promote the practice in local geographies. Qualifications & Skills Microsoft Office experience; strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, etc.) Technical and analytical ability to manage and interpret key performance indicators Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to handle sensitive and confidential information Highly organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of healthcare leadership experience **OR** 5+ years of healthcare leadership experience Physical Requirements Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, talk, and hear. Frequently required to walk. Must be able to lift and/or move objects up to 25 pounds. Vision requires close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
